Remain at the most Youthful Level You Can

Play racquetball as I do or take up golf. Get a massage. Visit a chiropractor. Go to a psychic. Learn to meditate. It's great! Find a new friend and go to a different restaurant each time. Have a glass of wine at dinner. Don't be judgmental. Realize that it's all a matter of belief systems. Accept people the way they are. Love everybody. Touch and hug people every chance you get. Say hello. Smile and say, "I need a hug, how about you"?

Read a love story. Seek sex. Have an affair. Explore a live-in mate. Don't be afraid to masturbate. Take dancing lessons. Learn to dance the samba and the rumba.

Buy a computer. Take a class to learn how to use it. Write a book about yourself. Go around the world on a vacation. Shock people with your outrageous behavior. Tell some complaining pest to go to hell! Associate with people who laugh a lot and don't complain. If you find an activity that makes you happy, do it -- however odd or silly it seems. Otherwise, you will just be an actor playing a part in a script that you did not write.
