Your Weight is a Report Card on Your Life

Your weight is a report card on your life. How you present yourself to the world reflects what you think about yourself. Looking good makes you feel healthier, attracts the opposite sex, and is what a great life is all about. Losing weight is like giving yourself a magic wand with which to create your own happiness.

If you are overweight, it is because your unconscious belief systems are telling you, "I must be overweight, or I will die." To satisfy this belief system, you overeat. If you really want to lose weight, you must discover and eliminate the belief systems that control what you are eating.

Belief systems and normal weight. Our most complicated d densely compacted belief system combinations are formed around eating. As you solve your eating problems, you will also be on your way to eliminating many other belief systems. Giving up smoking, for example, is much easier than changing your eating habits, for our belief systems about eating start to form at birth.
